The admins are currently working on revamping the website, and suggestions and ideas are appreciated.
Post anything you want to suggest here, and I will make a list in this first post later with reasonable/good suggestions.
(I would rather not hear "the website runs slow/does not load". All of the admins are aware of the loading issues with the website, and they are being worked on.)

Well FN isn't really a furry dating site, and we already have a board on the forum for that. Not that it's ever been used anyway.

Some of my suggestions,
Change the 'front page' of the website, maybe to some kind of introduction page I don't know. But it really drives people away when they come to see the website and all they see on the front page is the main wall, 'WAAH I HAD A BAD DAY AT SCHOOL", "MY PARENTS HATE ME CUZ IM A FURRY", "I HAVNT TALKED TO MY MATE SINCE YESTERDAY OMG WHAT IF HES DEAD!!!1!!" kind of stuff... I know that alone has kept a few of my own friends from joining FN.
An adult section that people need to be approved by-account for (so it's not full of minors)... because too many people complain about the fact that they can't upload adult content here, though I really don't think it's needed because this is a social networking site... but if it'll keep everyone from uploading porn and yiffing in public, I think it might be best to have something.
A new website layout. The layout right now isn't bad, I like the colors and it's pretty easy on the eyes. But I think we could use a more furry-oriented layout, a nice banner with a furry character or two, some new icons here and there (like the 'folder' icons on the main forum page could be something like pawprints). I think that if the website looked a bit better and more... professional? (can't think of a good word) it may attract some older and more mature/serious kinds of furries, which I'd love to see more of here. Again this wouldn't be an easy change, the layout, we would need someone to draw the banner and icons, but it's an idea. Maybe we could all brainstorm over some layout/theme ideas.
A better image gallery layout/system, which I think may be in the works already idk. Same with chat room.
A few profile options could be tweaked, I know a few people here and there would like more gender options in the profile dropdown list.
I miss the 'featured member' thing, it'd be cool to be able to feature an interesting or outstanding member (or a few members at a time?) of the FN community. Though I think the 'popular members' list should still be up.
A list of admins and moderators may be helpful to the website members, if they ever want to report something quickly and get help in the chat or on the main site.

Apparently there was an issue where normal members (non mods/admins) couldn't edit any of their posts, it must have just happened recently while the website was being worked on. Trun fixed it, everyone should be able to edit their posts now.

Maybe if possible, 'Featured Groups'? Would be interesting.

If possible, maybe a more organized layout for the groups section, along with a 'search' option to search groups. There are too many duplicare groups, it's a little crazy.

Allow website moderators to edit profile images of members, and delete/edit polls for when it is necessary.
Though Trun said it would involve some (probably complex?) coding, maybe a way to add to a staff member's profile page 'Moderator' or 'Admin' somewhere on their page if ever possible. This would make it clear to members who is really website staff. I notice a lot of 'mini-mods' sometimes, while I like that people are willing to help enforce the website rules, new members will often mistake these members for actual mods... I've even had people in the past doubt that I was a mod, because there's nothing marking it anywhere. But a 'staff' widget would also help with this.

Reye mentioned adding uploading terms to the gallery upload page when it is back up. If this could be done, it would prevent a lot of the uploads that we end up having to delete later.
A more 'simple' version of the Terms of Service, I notice a lot of our younger members have a hard time reading through the TOS as they are very long and a bit complex. Maybe if this simple version could be added, a 'Rules' link on the navbar could also be added? That way, people have no excuse like 'I didn't know where to find the rules, so I didn't think there were any'... But of course for more legal reasons, the original TOS page could still be found at the bottom of every page like it is now.

Maybe it's something that could be discussed some time between the admins, but to help out with paying for the website monthly, maybe sponsorships could be re-implemented. I'm not sure exactly what 'perks' a sponsor could get for their monthly donations, but again, maybe it's something that could be discussed.
Though it may be difficult and not an option at the moment (I don't know if it is/isn't, but) maybe if we get a new website logo, we could have some FN t-shirts and things printed to sell to help with the website?
