*Startled by Hyane's sudden appearance in the sewers, just out side the city.*

Aydam sighs at the two kissing and goes back to monitoring the cameras. ---------------- Loud hissing is heard through the tunnels, combined with barking, clicking and numerous other noises... They are communicating. Without warning, five of the creatures get in front of Crimson and Hyane, setting an intimidating display. (You will learn why they are so defensive in a short while)

Ah, so the terrible beasty has friends, huh? It's high time to break out some new weaponry...
*Draws out "Bloody Crescent," I vicious looking sickle with many small edges. Though new and unused, there is a mysterious amount of dried blood on the blade. Notices some electrical lines and snaps them with the sickle. Electrical wave pulse up and around the sickle until I redirect it and cast an arc at two of the beasts, frying them in the sewage water... I dash forward and make a horizontal slash at the other three and I slit the throat of the middle one with a backlash of the sickle with one of the jagged edges. I proceed to spin quickly and dice up the middle one's chest with both the sickle and the sword.*

They retreat down another tunnel, lit by the same bioluminescent trees that grew in Aydam's lab. The remaining survivors are very angry, guarding something... then is becomes clear... they are herbivores.

*Turns halfway to Hyane:*
It's like they're trying to act more as a wall than guard dogs... I wonder if we can go around them...?
*Lets Hyane climb on my back after a sheathe "Skreaming Shadow," but keeping out the fickle sickle ((W007! 41137394710N!)). Tries to Sprint past, following the wounded beasts and...*

They move from in front of what they are guarding for a second, enough for Crimson to get a look at a nest with seven smaller versions of the adults in it. The adults growl menacingly and two of them extend their poisonous tongues as the rest vanish along with the young.

*Swipes off their tongues with a single swing, tosses Hyane into a corner, hopefully safe, and runs and jumps on one of the large beasts and circles its neck twice with the inner side of the sickle, then pulls up with both hands, ripping its head off. Quickly grabs the sickle once more and moves to the next one, leaping and catching some wiring. Lands at the front of the beast dragging down the length of it, while discharging the new electrical current absorbed into it. I then stick the sickle into the beast's gut and tear it out, rupturing several internal organs. I run back to the Aid of Hyane to protect him.*

(are you forgetting that they are armored? And please, stop insta-hits)

The beasts withdraw their tongues before they are removed and Crimson gets hit in the back of the head with another tongue as the two vanish.

((I've only successfully killed one of them as of yet... "Skreaming Shadow" is made out of materials that cut through virtually anything with enough force, which is basically its only "ability" other than its size. And there's ten of them. What else am I supposed to do? I can incapacitate them, but I've only mortally wounded one and killed another...))

Ack! *Glad for my hood...* Hyane, which way do we go? You seem to know your way around here...
