  "Don't mind him, he isn't really a good conversational partner." Aydam roundhouse kicks the bag and sends it down the rail mounting.

  -sighs and kicks the bag and it flies across the room on it's chain and hits the far end of the chains range shaking the building- first bag to withstand a kick from me
