  "I can fix it, I can do many things." He touched the tree and it began growing at a visible rate. He removed his hand and the tree stopped growing, but retained it's gained height.

  "Keep in mind, this doesn't hurt." He opened his mouth and reached down his throat. He pulled out his heart and all the attaching arteries and veins still intact. He let it hang and still pump blood to his body as he reached under his ribs, through his stomach and pulled his lungs out from under his ribs.
