  Im learning how to make yarn tails for a more realistic tail then fur and stuffing any advice before I start?

  it's a bit late but flat iron the yarn after you brush it out helps make it all silky smooth

  Lol it's alright I've only got it half done. I've been told to brush out and flat iron and brush again to make it look more natural. I seem to be having problems with getting the yarn to lay flat the way I want it to it always poofs out a little maybe I don't have my flat iron hot enough?

  perhaps also what type of yarn are you using???

  It's a majority acrylic blend I've long lost the wrap around it but I usually only get acrylic blendls where it's majority. I was told acrylic was the best way to go.
