Well, not really. Necromagic is not be learnt freely anymore in Nersneth. I don´t really know why. Some say its because some evil undead lord of some kind once ruled over Nersneth with necromagic, and such it was kinda outlawed to practise unless you where properly trained. But thats kinda silly, incredibly amazing, but silly.
