  The marker is written in a completely unknown script. It make even be made up. Avintius looks puzzled at the symbols "Hmmm. I don't recognize it either. Maybe a lost language"

  The scrit seems completely alien. The symbols begin to faintly glow as you get closer to it

  He steps forward and looks closer at them, narrowing his eyes and bringing a paw to his lip in thought. "Strange." He mumbles.

  The glow gets brighter and begin to tingle with a strange energy. Avintius leans in as well "Odd" He begins to scribble some notes in his pad ".....try touching it"

  Suddenly the floor drops out from underneath the three. A pitfall trap. Simultaneously, 4 armed bandits jump from the sand surrounding the rest of the party. The hide their faces underneath cloth and take battle stance.

  At the last second, he grabs the ledge, being sure to taking hold of Avintis' hand and extending his tail to grab Crimson.

  "Damn." He growls. He extends his tail as far as he can, which just barely misses Crimson again. Looking back up at the opening, he notices the bandits circling around the pitfall.

  *Without hesitation, I whip out my Tower Shield and War Hammer and swing from the right at one of the bandits. It impacts, smashing most of his bones right away.*

  *One of the Bandits charges in a mad rage at his mangled co-bandit(?). A loud thump resonates as he impacts the shield, then push out and up, I slam him down to the ground once again with the oversized weapon.*
  I gotcha.
  *Jogs over quickly, and pulls up Imroth and Avintius with one hand.*

  Looking back into the pitfall, he look back to Ryker. "Call me crazy, but I'm going back in." He says with a nod. Diving back in, his tail retracts back to normal as he falls, aiming to get to Crimson before they eventually met the bottom.
