  *finishes the beer then follows.. the torch light only illuminating small sections at a time making it difficult to see what is in there*

  I wait outside the metal door, sitting on the hood of the car. I get up and turn around to see a large group of mutants in the distance. They are heading this way. I run into the bunker to warn the others.

  *holds up the ball, which begins to glow and visibly PULSE in my hand. their eyes light up in the same color, and stand transfixed. my eyes turn black, and i raise the ball to the sky. it flashes, and the mutants turn away in agony. i collapse, and do not rise as they press forward again*

  (thought i should start posting again) -wakes up in a bed with hunter next to me, not knowing how i got there- wha? -sits up and looks over to another bed to see Anzen, remembers driving up to this motel and "getting" a room for the night, stands up and stretches-
