Unregistered: Muscles replaced with microscopic titanium/iridium cables throughout body. This grants him near superhuman reaction time, greatly enhanced strength and durability. Also, this makes him much heavier than an average human his size, granting him leverage advantages.
WEAPONS: Doesn't carry any weapons other than his blades, but highly skilled in improvised weapons/explosives, hand-to-hand combat and in depth knowledge on all existing firearms. This, combined with a very personal knowledge of the human anatomy, makes his an incredibly effective killer.
ORIGIN: Born to a wealthy family, he was raised by a militaristic family that instilled a sense of purpose and duty into him at a young age. He began modifying his body at the age of 18, gaining his eye and joint modifications then. He joined the CAS a the age of 25 and gained the blades and the skin modifications. After two years, he was dishonorably discharged when he was set up by a jealous rival. He joined the BoS as an assassin, rarely being seen during the day time and only at night if he wished for your to see him.
OTHER: Even thought he is a highly skilled combatant; bright lights can overload his night vision; his shadow can still be seen, even when camoflauged and he is highly vulnerable to electrical effects.
