(seeing as most of the creatures are blind [except for bosses & they come much later], if kirsten is just out cold she'll be fine.)
i hear screaming again, so i run to the source. there's someone tied to a fence, squirming in fear. i hear movement behind me. (i'm letting you pick my enemy or enemies. go to the link a few pages back & pick. not pyramid head or a boss, though.)

one of the scrapers tries to slash my throat, but i jump back. i hit it with my pipe & it stumbles back. while it's stunned, i grab it's arms & thrust them into the head & heart of the other. while it's trying to free it's blades, i smash it over the head, splattering skull fragments & brain matter everywhere. i cut you loose. "let's go, before more of them come." (if you said a liyng figure [straitjacket] & a closer, i woul have done something cool.)

we get to the café. i hold the door for you. inside, i lock the door. i then check out the window to make sure we weren't followed. "i will wait a minute for you to calm down, but i have a friend out there somewhere that i need to find. well actually we just met, but she didn't try to kill me, so that makes her a friend in my book."

"well, a pipe is better, but being heavier takes more time to swing whereas the stick would do less damage but is quicker which, in some cases, is more important. very rarely will speed be better than power."
