ok... when i was very young, i lived in a small farming village. i felt unimportant, just another little piece of the village. but then orochimaru himself came. he saw me. he thought i was special. he took me in, fed me, trained me, and cared for me. when i was older, he told me he was going to improve me. specifically, my sight. you can figure out what happened from there. but involved me killing a hyuga. i did as i was told. eventually, i discovered that he had killed every resident of the village. including my family. so i ran. and that was the same day i met you.

She nods slightly, taking in his past story. A half-smile appears on her face, but it soon fades. She sighs and lays her head back, looking at the ceiling. "I see." She says. "That's quite understandable, Especially since I come from a worse background." She says with a grimace. "Are you sure you want to know?" She asked, just to be sure.

She sighs and closes her eyes. When she opens them, they seem lost in her memories, distant even. "My kekkei genkai.. It comes from being a Uchiha, and a Nagato." She blinks, the sharigan forms in her right eye while the Rinnegan in her left. She looks at Alaric, her eyes glowing slightly. "My father is Itachi, but my mother remains nameless. My brother was Pein Nagato, who has been dead for quite some time. Itachi abandoned me to some foster home. I was labeled as a monster to them, so I ran away at sixteen." She explains, blinking again and her eyes change back to amber. "That's when I found Orochimaru. You know how Sasuke got his curse? That's what he did to me, only, I volunteered." She says, narrowing her eyes as she stares at the ceiling. "I'm eighteen now, and I'm wanted for the mass slaughtering in many of the villages, because I have to kill, or else I go mad." She explains, her tone angry, but full of sorrow.

now that youve told me this... been totally honest *looks downcast* i can be honest with you... i wasnt before. i also volenteered.the thing is... *begins to cry* i was not born in that village... orochimaru sent me there after using a forbidden jutsu he created to materialize me... i was born from nothing... he wanted a new vessel... everyone thinks i am a monster. even myself. and now, probably you too.

She looks at him and stands, holding out her paw. "You're no more a monster than I. I slaughter whole sections of a village and relish the blood of my enemies." She says. "But no, I don't think of you as a monster." She says with a warm smile, keeping her paw held out to him.

She tightens her grip around his paw and pulls him in for a hug. "Trust me, I mean it." She smiles slightly. "I'll beat Orochimaru's ass myself if I have to, and I'll keep that promise." She says, yawning slightly.

After a few minutes, she pulls away. "Now, you and Fang get some sleep. I'll keep watch for a little while, then we'll switch." She smiles, flopping back into the chair after grabbing another and setting up the bed.

"Naw kid. You don't have to sleep on the carpet." She says, pointing to both the chair or the bed. "It's better than the floor." She smiles slightly.

She smiles and nods to him. "Not a problem." She says, laying her head back and closing her eyes. She's not sleeping, but resting for now. Still keeping watch, she flicks her ears a couple times, listening to the slightest vibrations in the ground and the air, any sound causing her ears to twitch in every direction.

She nods slightly. "Ya got it." She mumbles, keeping her same position. She remains still, as if she weren't breathing, nor living. The only thing that moves are her ears, twitching to every little sound.

Hours pass and she remains awake, unable to fall asleep, she stares at the ceiling, listening to the sound of the fire crackling. A strange sound resonates out side of the cabin and she immediately jumps to her feet. It was silent, so as not to wake the others, which was strange. She cautiously walks across the floor to the window and pushes the curtain aside and looks out. She knew she said she'd wake Alaric if anything happened, but she was going to see what it was before waking them. Silently opening the door, she steps out into the cool night air, and flicks her ears to each and every sound. She could hear a light hissing sound, then laughter. "Orochimaru." She whispers. Quickly stepping back inside, she locks the door and shuts all of the windows, putting out the fire in the fireplace. She shakes Alaric and Fang lightly. "Get up, we have to move again." She sighs. "You can sleep more once we get there." She says, knowing of several hidden places.
