Awakening the next day, she stood and noticed Fang just standing there. Walking over, she picks up the sleeping demon and stretches. "What's up?" She asked, stifling a yawn.

Shaking her head, she shrugs. "Who knows? I've not slept well since I was young and was orphaned off." She sighs, stifling another yawn. "Probably because of the unpleasant nightmares that occur often.." She shrugs again and leans against the wall.

"If you think you can try, then go for it. I'm sure you can't take away all the pain in my life." She mumbles the second sentence, shrugging. "Not like it really matters." She says under her breath. The demon at her shoulder nudges her neck slightly and she pats it, smiling slightly.

well what i would do would basically be just stopping your dreams so you could rest. beilieve it or not, even dreams are demon related

because they usually dont give off enough enery to hold a presence in the physical world. thats why they need a catalist, human, to make a contract with themto maintain a real presence like that demon on your shoulder has made a contract with you. there are exceptions however, like when the demons are exceptionally powerful such as the tailed beasts
