Hearing the child say that she knew she was wanted, her eyes widened, and she froze. Taking several long minutes to calm her nerves, she flicks her ears at the man she'd elbowed. "...Would that be all right with you?" She asked Argiodus, cautious of the child, and Aydam.
Argiodus leans in slowly to kiss her muzzle, his arms slowly wrapping around her waist, but stops short. "When it is matters that are trapped in the balance of life or death, I usually do not 'joke around', madam." He mumbles quiet enough so she is the only one that could hear. "Embarrassed yet?" He chuckles.
Opening her mouth slightly, she tries to say something, but the only thing that comes out is a squeak. Clearing her throat, she smiles nervously, turning slightly red. "J-just a little." She mumbles, feeling her heart beating in her throat now.
"Good." He smiles. "That was what I intended...or was it? Now, let us attend to the matter at hand, no?" Taking a step back, he folds his arms behind at back. "Pardon, Sir. Who and where is the said tailor?"
Nodding, she swallows and turns to Aydam. "We'd better do this quickly. Seems like Taur's been freed and is likely on his way to come and get me." She says, flicking her ears to the extremely distant sound of hoof beats. "And he's not the only one." She says, pointing to a group of the village police.
"I'll act as a distraction of the sorts. A thief would usually never have relations with an upper classman. People as stuck up as me would care more about their reputation than anything else." He winks at Dietrich.
"But- I'll save it for later." She says, keeping her eyes on the police. Blushing slightly at Argiodus' wink, she quickly makes her way to the Inn, looking back at him and smiling. Walking into the hidden staircase, she waits for the others.
At the bottom of the staircase is a door standing open with Aydam sitting on one of the four beds in the room. "I hide here when the cops get pissy. The innkeeper is a very good tailor, just put your clothes in the dumwaiter over there." He points to a small elevator.
Argiodus walks into the Inn after the police pass by to investigate the restaurants a block or two down, and when everyone has entered. He makes his way down the hidden staircase.
"Well, I am hoping he can make something from scratch. I'm willing to pay, Monseigneur."
Stepping into the room after him, she flops onto one of the beds and yawns. "Aaaaah, what I wouldn't kill for sleep!" She mumbled. "Before I do anything, what in the hell am I supposed to change into?" She asked, raising her head and looking to Aydam.
"....excellent point, Monseigneur." He makes his way to an available bed. After removing his coat, vest, and boots and placing them in an appropriate location, he collapses onto the bed on his back. "Quite comfortable 'hideout', might I say."
He looks up, using his arms and hands to aid in pushing his head up. Upon seeing the robe, he thinks on how it would look on her. "....very lovely..." He coughs, and adds, "the robe. It is very lovely. Nothing high quality, but not a piece of rag, either."
"...........................Honestly? A robe?" She grumbled. Raising an eyebrow, she gives Aydam a dark look before grabbing it and excusing herself from the room. Sighing as she changes out, she picks up her tattered and dirt stained clothes and takes them back into the room, placing them on the alchemy circle. "Next time, you'd better have something better than robes." She growls making her way back over to the bed she'd claimed before.
Aydam chuckles and claps his hands together, slapping the table. The dirt is seperated from the clothing and the clothing is re-created to looks different, but not fit different. "There."
