If I click to send a friend request I get a prompter that asks me (bear with me I am NOT a technical person and I did not write this down, but I can if you really need me to) if I want to save the file, find something on the internet to help me open it or cancel it. I have absolutely NO idea what I would open it with online exactly, and i tried the save it option but it didn't help at all... Any ideas what the trouble is or what I need to be able to make a friend request?
